Business

The club, from door to class.

Members and plans, a class timetable with rosters and waiting lists, check-in at the desk or the door, waivers signed on a phone, corporate agreements and retention.

A member scans their QR at the door and is in. The timetable is defined once and scheduled as often as you like. A full class offers the seat to the waiting list. Who came in, who stopped coming, and which employer's people are actually using their agreement — all counted.

  • Check-in by QR at the desk or the door
  • Classes with rosters and waiting lists
  • Retention and corporate agreements, counted

The wellness home

Who is in today, what is on, who is drifting.

In today

Members checked in, by hour, and who is in the building now.

Classes today

What is on, how full, and who is waiting for a seat.

Membership plans

Active, expired, and the ones about to expire.

Retention

Who has not been in for a while, before they cancel.

Everything inside Wellness

Plans, a timetable and a door. The rest arrives as the club grows.

Members and plans

Every member on a plan with credit, a term and a card — the same memberships Subscriptions bills.

Class timetable

Define a class once — days, time, place, price, capacity — and schedule it as often as you like.

Roster

Who is booked, who is waiting, who turned up. Arrived, in the class, did not attend.

Waiting list

When a class is full, the next person waits. A cancellation offers them the seat.

Front desk check-in

Check a member in at the counter by name or by scan. Non-members pay the drop-in price.

Door scan

Members scan their KardoSpace QR, guests scan their pass. Wrong card, expired plan, refused — with the reason.

Waivers

Signed at the counter or on their own phone, filed on the member.

Attendance

Who came in, on any day you choose, and how often each member actually visits.

Corporate

One employer agreement: the people on it, and whether they came. The renewal conversation has numbers.

Retention

Members by how recently they visited, so the ones drifting away get a message before they leave.

Documents and resources

Waivers, policies, class notes — filed where members and staff can find them.

Insights and reports

Visits, class fill, plan mix and retention, by period.

Door, class, retention

A member's week in three moves.

A class timetable panel, a front-desk check-in tablet with a QR beam, a member card with a plan chip and a turnstile door.
  1. They scan in. At the door or the desk, with their QR. The plan is checked; the visit is counted.
  2. They book a class. From the timetable. Full, and they wait; a seat frees, and it is offered.
  3. You see who is drifting. Retention by last visit, corporate usage by employer — before the cancellation.

Where the work happens

Three of the places you will spend time in Wellness.

The roster — arrived, waiting, no-show
A turnstile with a QR scanner beam admitting a member card and a refused guest-pass chip
The door
A member cohort chart, a corporate agreement card with grouped avatars and a signed waiver
Retention, corporate and waivers
